KC LEASE IT offers customers the opportunity to lease products purchased from KC Controls in order to gain process enhancement or advance project work, without having to source capital or CAPEX approvals. Products can be leased over a two, three, or five year period (other timescales are negotiable). At the end of the lease period, the products pass directly to the purchaser.

Financing this way provides surprisingly low costs as in most cases the monthly payments made over the time period are less than the original cost, as companies will gain tax benefit from lease payments that are not applicable to Capital Expenditure.

With KC Controls acting as supplier, installer and commissioning the device; the total cost can be covered, with all the costs rolled into the lease value, including a service agreement, if required.
